I am excited to welcome you to my Blog!

I look forward to sharing my insights around healing and soul embodiment so that you feel supported and inspired on your journey back home to the truth of your soul. 

It has taken me four years since dissolving my previous business, Path of the Goddess, to be ready to birth this brand and website for Tamika Rose. I've been on a very deep inner journey unravelling everything I am not, in order to come into and embody my true self; my soul.

My qualifications gave me knowledge, but my own healing and awakening journey gave me wisdom. It is this wisdom I wish to impart to you in order to offer some grace on your journey. I know too well that the human journey is not the easiest! However, when we know how to heal, leads us out of suffering and into our heart, where life is experienced with such awe, beauty and gratitude.

My journey of healing my Inner Child, core wounds, and embracing and integrating my shadow has led me home, not only to my soul but to the Divine, healing all sense of separation within me and instead allowing me to live from a foundation of connection and love.

My journey has shown me that Love is the fabric of existence including the nature of our soul and that the more we heal, the more we embody this love and raise our frequency. And as we do this, the more magic, grace, flow, abundance and harmony we experience in all aspects of our lives. The Inner journey IS the key to having everything we desire, whether it's better health, a relationship, success in our business, happier children or more money. 

I've discovered that the Inner journey brings us all answers as well as opens the doors for all our heart desires to manifest. As the saying goes..."As above, so below, as within, so without."

Our life is the mirror of our inner consciousness and we tend to manifest our unconscious wounds over our conscious desires. Therefore, the more we heal those wounds, the more we are able to manifest what our heart desires. 

Therefore my Blog posts will include topics on healing, emotions, embodiment, the soul, the Inner Child, core wounds, trauma, awakening and conscious parenting.
